BIENVENIDO! ... WELCOME! Won't you come walk with us in Maracay? As we walk, let us pray that we look at the places and the people we visit through God's eyes of love. Does Jesus love the people who live in the apartments in Maracay? Does He love the ones who work and serve the patrons at the restaurants in town? Does He love those who care for the patients in the hospitals? How about the patients? Does He love them? Does He love all those working in the corporations and businesses in the city? DOES JESUS LOVE THE PEOPLE OF MARACAY? Did He give His life for them so that they might have LIFE? OH, YES! How can you share the love of Jesus with the people Maracay? Will you commit to walk with us on a regular basis and pray over these prayer stops? PRAY ... PRAY ... PRAY as you walk! Thank you for coming. Please come again and again as you lift these requests to our Father. I am the way and the
truth and the life.

This year we are starting a new feature on our Virtual Prayer Walk. Each month we will spotlight one of the members of our small groups. We ask you to pray especially for them during the month. Pray for Javier and Lorena, a young couple with a four year old daughter. Javier is a Dentist who works long hours in another city and at this time does not participate in our groups. His wife, Lorena, is the assistant to the manager of a local bank and has been faithful in having a group meet in her apartment. Lorena prayed to receive Christ and is interested in spiritual things. Pray for her continued growth. Pray that Javier would see the change in his wife and become a part of our ministry. |

Pray for these dedicated teachers who work in a school for special needs children (Autism, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, etc.) in the small town of Paya (PIE-ya), a suburb of Maracay. They have few resources with which to minister to their students. Our team, in cooperation with a church in Caracas, is helping them materially, professionally and spiritually. Pray that these teachers would see their need for the Lord and open their hearts to Him. |

Our Thursday group meets in Osphyl's apartment on the third floor of this building. Pray for Osphyl, and her sister Esmeralda, two believers who have invited several of their friends to attend this small group. Pray for the members of this group, Victor and Mara, Kristy, Jacqueline, Margery, and Katiuska. Pray that the Lord would give them a strong desire to attend faithfully and be open to the teachings of the Bible studies we are sharing with them. |

Dr. Herbert Palomino On May 24, Dr. Herbert Palomino (pictured here) will be our featured speaker at a conference entitled, "The Challenge of Being a Family in the 21st Century." Dr. Palomino, a Christian psychologist and family counselor, will share with the professionals of this city how to overcome the problems that plague today's family using godly principles and teachings. Pray that many professionals will attend this important conference.
